This will open a private messaging channel where you can communicate directly and exchange required documentation. When both parties agree to move forward, the property owner will send a payment link in the chat. You can then proceed with paying the initial warm rent and tenant protection fee to complete the booking. Make sure to carefully verify the move-in date specified in the payment request before finalizing the transaction.

The payment system includes a safety period - your payment is held securely for 48 hours after you move in. The funds are only released to the property owner if you don't report any issues during this initial period. This protection mechanism helps ensure a legitimate transaction and safeguards you against potential fraudulent activities.

This is completely between you and the landlord to decide. However remember that the property might still have minute issue that go unnoticed during a property visit hence it’s always safe to pay through the platform even if you visit the property.
