Booking flow

Step 1: First reach out to the listing owner or landlord through the contact form on the property page. After clicking on ‘Send Message’ you will be redirected to a private chat.


Step 2:  You can have a chat with the landlord here. Try not to share any over sensitive information like bank account number. 


Step 3: If the landlord wants to move forward with you then they will generate a payment request.


Step 4: Before sending the payment request, usually the move-in date is agreed upon by both you and the property owner; nevertheless, pay special attention to the move-in date specified in the payment request you receive in the private chat. The move-in date is very important for you as we will not give the payment to the property owner until 2 days from the move-in date. This also mean that you will get 2 days to ensure if everything is okay with the property. To check how to report issues in the property please check the knowledge doc.



Step 5:   Once the payment request is received. The ‘Pay’ button will get enabled. You can then make the payment to book the property using this button.

Note: If the owner asks you to make the payment outside the platform then you can report that to us. Generally it’s your decision whether to make the payment outside or on our platform but if payment is made outside our platform then security is not guaranteed.
